There are plenty of languages that are phonetic, meaning that you can pronounce any word just by looking at how it is spelled.
I'm learning Spanish, and it's a phonetic language. I still have trouble with pronunciation and learning the rules, though.
The easiest pronunciation of all is probably Esperanto.

German and Dutch are probably written more phonetically than any major language even more so than Spanish. However every language has their own spelling rules.Seeing a Dutch word you will only know how to pronounce it if you know these rules. For ex. the word ' kijk '(look) unless you know Dutch you would not know how to say it.Yet it is spelled very phonetically.

Probably Italian, of the European languages. There are very few exceptions to the rules (once you have learned the Italian rules), unlike English where there are more exceptions than rules!
English is undoubtedly the hardest language to learn how to pronounce from books, because of all the exceptions. And even in my lifetime some words have changed, or indicate social class in the way of pronunciation.

I don't think you'll be able to speak any non-english language as long as you don't learn to pronounce different kinds of R and H and such. Almost every European and Asian country uses those two letters in different pronouncings.

If you have already tried French, you might find Spanish way easier when it comes to pronunciation.
