How to sleep earlier?
My sleeping pattern is really bad! I go to bed at five in the morning and wake up around two. It makes me feel horrible about myself, like I skipped an entire day when I could have been doing something productive. How can I get myself to fix this pattern and sleep earlier? I plan to go to bed around ten and wake around six.

I would suggest being active the day of so you can be more tired that night. If that doesn't work try drinking some tea to calm yourself down or take some NyQuil. Always knocks me out. Your body will start to get used to going to bed at that time once you can.
