First of all, find whomever taught you to write, and slap them.

What is it in you that keeps you backtracking when you're already next for the interview? What does that mean? Try to be clear when you write. If you make people decipher some kind of code, they're going to get it wrong most times.

Do you mean you chicken out when it comes time to go to the interview?

You just have to tough it out. You need to realize everybody gets butterflies. Everybody gets nervous. You just have to put one leg in front of the other and go in for the interview. Once you do that, things will move along regardless of the monarchs in your belly. Then when it's done, you'll say, "That wasn't so bad after all."

Just keep moving. And take more care in your writing.
