When a girl says "I felt a friend vibe", what does that mean exactly?

Update:

When a girl says "I felt a friend vibe", what does that mean exactly? Does it mean I didn't flirt enough? I typically don't flirt much. I treat it as hanging out with someone, low pressure and get to know them. In all of these instances I did ending up kissing or making out with them. Or is it just a girls way of saying "I'm not interested" and it had nothing to do with flirting or not.

    It means she does not feel any chemistry at all. She could be friends with the guy but nothing else is ever going to happen.
