I'm looking for a realistic, but fake prop dog skeleton without any ears on it...?

I need a prop skeleton dog, and I've already looked around google and only found ones that have ears attached to the skull, unlike an actual dog skeleton. I can't spend over 55$ on it.

    how can real skeletons have ears? there s no bones in ears, only cartilage
