How do I put a picture on my Yahoo Answer page?

Yahoo is presently making changes to their system and the

Profile section is being removed. Some pertinent options

that were in the Profile section will be in the Account section

when Yahoo completes their changes. Until they are

completed by Yahoo no changes can be made.

You can't. Yahoo has disabled avatars and editing of nicknames. They are making changes to profiles.
