Are black people seeking asylum in UK being persecuted in USA and should Britain take them all?

Britian does enough for dispossessed people, those heading for the UK are economic migrants , not asylum seekers, if they were asylum seekers they would seek asylum at the point of entry into europe, Most of those are illegal migrants to Europe anyway, who should be arrested and deported back to where they came come from.

If people would just get a gist of the necessary criteria for being recognised as a political refugee, they could save themselves and the rest of us a lot of money. In 1989 Switzerland had 3 British asylum seekers! Unfortunately I didn't get to see their reasons, but they didn't have a very long holiday in the country.

However, one cannot deny that there is discrimination on both sides of the Atlantic, and that, thanks to US gun laws, the US is more dangerous than the UK.

There're some black activists over here (in the US) whom our government might attack, I hear.

I like the idea of the people's will being done; if the British people want to give political asylum to political activists who can prove that they are being persecuted for their activism I say let it be done. If they don't want to, I say let it not be done.

(I have no religious membership nor religious beliefs, for the record.)

Britain should not do anything of the sort.

If there are a few boatloads of "african-Americans" who set sail in February (black history month)

wearing symbolic and errant african garb, who have been reheasing their "Coming To America" accents,

it is not the responsibility of anyone to take them in ... they simply missed landing at Africa = Go figure.

They are from North Africa. You give them more benefits than the U.S. would but the U.S. should take them as it has more room.
