Wireless mouse Problems?

I just bought a brand new, sealed in the box Red Dragon 2000dpi M611 wireless mouse and tried to connect it to many computers, and changed the batteries and ports many times with no different results. It does nothing, it doesn't move and it doesn't click. The Red light that would usually be on the bottom doesn't light up and there is a center button underneath the scroller that lights up the scroller when clicked. It also lights up when new batteries are introduced. Is there anything i can do?
