I jumped from this bridge a lot of people were too but when I hit the water got an immediate headache that was after a few times though I swam to shore rested for like 20 mins because it was a throbbing one and it went away but now I worked out about 6 days ago and got that same immediate headache a throbbing one but this one lasted way long I can still feel it a little when I move it went down to a smaller headache after the first 2 days but I was wondering is this a tension headache or did.it hurt my neck or what?

jumping of a bridge? thats reckless. you could have landed dangerously which caused a sudden rise in the blood pressure and could have caused an internal hemmorhage. do you feel a sore or ache at any specific point? although if these symptoms persist go see a doctor asap.

You probably have a concussion and a sprained neck. Treat with Advil and good old down time. You may want to see a doctor if the symptoms persist for a week.
