    No. This reminds of a Seinfeld episode where Elaine was dating a man with the same name as a serial killer, Joel Rifkin.

    No, I would think it was funny to have the same name as a serial killer because I would get comments from people as long as it didn't affect my ability to get a job and everyone knew that I wasn't the serial killar.

    No. It wouldn't make me a serial killer, plus my husband and I share a name and I like that.
