I moving to katy texas in i black i don't have issues with nobody from race... i just want know how katy is it friendly

    Learn to speak, read, and write English and it will help.

    If you are "ghetto" you might be ostracized. If you act professional, educated, and middle class, you will blend right in. On my street there are Vietnamese, black, white, Hispanic, Chinese, all professional and hard working.

    The Hispanic gang members who moved in on our street were "run off". the police "set up shop" in front of their house, in the shade of the oak tree. and watched every move they did. very safe part of town.
