How to confront salary and when to start. Please critique :)?

I am thrilled to hear everything is sorted out. I plan to move back to (town) mid September and I thought that would be the easiest time to return to work. Let me know what you are planning or have planned and I can try to work around/with it.
I have a few questions about salary. Will I continue to be hourly or return to salary? From what I understood there will be no benefits so I was wondering; how flexible is the salary?

I'm really sorry to bother you but you helped a lot on a question I posted yesterday & I was wondering if you could please help me again even I its just on a few I would greatly appreciate it. I'm kind of just stuck on tem. I did 1-50 except I just cant seem to get the ones I posted

you want advice but you don't sound like some who could take criticism positively. I would suggest laminating your gender card so when you pull it out all the time it doesn't get warn out.
