I keep getting pains :(?

My AF is late I've been Ttc for 6 months with a 28 day cycle! AF due yesterday and it's never been late!! Keep getting cramps like AF is coming usually start heavy bleeding an hour after cramps and had one spot literally barely noticeable of pink cm!! Cervix dropped like AF was coming and now has rose. I'm scared! I'm scared that I'm getting excited over nothing ! I've had no symptoms like at all! Normally I symptom spot and convince myself I'm pregnant but this time I've had literally no symptoms apart from AF being late! Took a HCG HPT and got a BFN a few days ago but I ovulated twice this month! WtF is going on! I hate my body! Getting excited and anxious over nothing! If AF shows I'm going to be so upset ! Been checking cm and cervix every 5 minutes the last 2 days I don't even know when to test since I ovulated twice !!!
