Uses for cured salmon?

I bought citrus-cilantro cured salmon. What can I do with it?

    Crackers, cream cheese or brie, and a sprig of cilantro

    Chopped up with tomatos, onion, garlic, for a salmon pico de gallo

    Mixed with garlic and herb cream cheese and spread on crostini or bagels

    Served with pineapple fried rice, edamame and miso soup
