how can i lose 10lbs in 2 weeks?

    It ain't that hard if u wanna lose only 10 lbs in 14 days, all what u got to do is cardio every morning before breakfast like running for example. But u have to eat less calories :

    - don't eat bread.

    - drink a lot of water

    - don't eat spagetti
