Unfortunately, sir, that would be impossible to answer without knowing your cat's insulin sensitivity, what it's blood glucose level is now, whether ketones are present, the sort of diet your cat is eating, etc. Also, you don't mention which specific type of insulin it is that you're referring to. (I'm guessing it's caninsulin, but I MAY well be very wrong about that.)
