No.. it will come out of the same kids who go to college and might as well plan on paying 3 times as much taxes when they land a job... The college tuitions will go up enormously making college even LESS affordable.. Go ahead kids vote for Hillary's vote getting proposal and make even bigger fools of yourselves..

She'll pay for it by not flushing another $2-3 trillion down the toilet in Iran. AND by not giving the rich yet another big tax break!

Plus the people who get the education will pay a lot more in taxes over their lives because they'll be making a lot more! And they'll consume less in food stamps, welfare, etc.

Everyone should be willing to pay taxes to make college more affordable for our youth. I'd rather that than my money being spent to send our youth to wars.
