fear of cancer?

my upper abdomen is very swollen. i cant wear my clothes. the only condition I have is severe chronic constipation that got me hospitalized in the past but no help. However, i fear stomac cancer or something.

Any opinions pls

    Try over the counter stool softener and a fibre rich cereal like Fibre1. Start eating a lot more fruit and vegetables.

    Sounds like you need to get your chronic constipation under control to stop the bloating.
