Detox smoothies made with kitchen ingredients is this a healthy way to loose weight?

im trying to loose weight. 7 am: basically blend berry s n fruits together for breakfast. 4 pm: fruit and vegetables blended together for lunch, maybe a bit of protein food added in or not? im not sure. (dont ask why im having lunch at 4 pm) 7 pm: basically carrot, raw broccoli n maybe other vegetables blended together for dinner. is this healthy? will i lose weight if i do this for 1 week?

    How to lose weight (it's 100% effective):

    - Find out your BMR.

    - Find out your TDEE.

    - Calculate your daily macro needs.

    - Eat between your BMR/TDEE

    - Follow your macros accordingly.

    - Eat 5 servings of fruits and veg, but don't carb out.

    - Drink water throughout the day

    - Avoid processed foods including bread
