How do you hold a noncustodial parent liable for out of pocket medical expenses?

Update:

My husband's ex is court ordered to pay 30% of all out of pocket medical expenses for my stepchild but she doesn't. Where do I report the bills to? Giving them to her is a waste of time. I want it to be on record somewhere so that it keeps getting accounted for and then someday, if she ever gets a job, she will have to pay it. Do I send it to court, child support?

The child's father needs to consult his attorney.

You have no standing in the court or with the Child Support Enforcement Unit.

You do nothing, what planet are you on? are you living with a baby? the father of the child gets a lawyer, takes her to court and sues for the expenses, you keep your nose out, it is nothing to do with you, nothing at all.And if he does not want to do that then he pays the expenses, and that is up to him too!

All you can do is prepare the documentation. It is your husband who must go to court with that evidence, and the court will order the ex to pay per the original order.

You have no standing in this case.

You do exactly nothing because it is exactly none of your business. It doesn't matter what you want. It is up to your husband - not you - to handle. Apparently he's not all that bothered by the issue.
