Good pc but all grassmods lag me on skyrim and only grass mods?

I have a good pc R9 280x and a AMD FX 9370 16gbs of ram and a ssd BUT Grass mods KILLLL any hope of 60 fps that i could dream of :( I have ENBS maxed out texture mods maxed and i run them just fine BUT any grass mod KILLS FPS for me avg 30 whith grass mod and avg 120 without. any idea whats happing.. i want sexy grass...

    Grass mods have a tonne of polygons. This is why they are hard to render at a high framerate.

    Texture mods and ENBs are comparatively easy to render than grass mods (or that very leafy tree mod also).
