How did the Niagara Power Plant in 1895, Tesla Coil, AC Induction Motor change the lives of the people in the second industrial revolution?

This is my homework question. You can pick any 2 of these and explain how did this change the lives of people at the time of the Industrial Revolution. I've tried to research but it wasn't very successful. It will be helpful to give me a guide on how to start on the answer. Make sure you provide sources otherwise the teacher will go berserk (have a history teacher who is strict).
