recover Windows 10 with USB?

So there are lots of articles to show how to use a USB stick to make a recovery tool to update or recover windows 10 should something go wrong. There seems to be NOTHING that tells us exactly how to do that should the need appear. Can you point me to an article on that? Thanks.

    Hello. Here are the steps.

    Step 1: First create bootable Windows 0 USB Flash drive. Tutorial here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSlSE8K6st4

    Step 2: Select first boot device as USB in the bios settings

    Step 3: Now after getting the "Install Now" step, select "Recovery" in the left bottom corner

    Step 4: Follow the onscreen instructions to perform recovery task.
