I am the trustee over my brother's inheritance and plan on passing the job over to my cousin. Do I have to pay my cousin for his services or can he take the money out of my brother's inheritance (trust account)?

how is your cousin getting the task? does the Trust permit payment to the Trustee or does it envision a family member doing it for free?
