Software developer salary?

I have an interview this week. I just graduated college, and my only tech experience is a network analyst intern for about 3 months. One of the questions that I dread in interviews is how much would you expect to make? This company seems to be on the small side employing 50-150 people (can't find much info on the demographics). So I guess what I am asking for how much should I ask for?

    Always say you are willing to negotiate... let them make the first offer.
