Cities with great temps and lots of rain?

I have seen a lot of "Best Weather" lists, but they all seem to think very little rain makes for an ideal climate. I completely disagree. I was raised around Mobile, AL. where it rained almost year round and now live in West TX. which almost never gets any. I LOVE rain. It keeps everything fresh, green and cool. So I am interested to know of some places in the US that doesn't get too cold in the winter or too hot in the summer, but still gets plenty of rain. Thanks!

Probably anywhere along that ol Gulf Coast would be the place to start.

Most people prefer the dry climate because less rain means less humidity and less humidity means the heat is less uncomfortable.
