My computer just shut down and I can't get it back on. I have tried unplugging it, dry humping it, asking it to come on. What should I do?

if it's still worth spending money on, take it to a shop and pay the $75 they'll charge to look at it. Otherwise, buy a new one.
If you buy a new one, take the hard disk out of the old one before you junk it. that hard disk can be put into a $20 enclosure and you then might be able to retrieve your files [if you haven't been backing them up].
