Do Republicans notice they come across as racist?

Of course. They're playing to their base. That's what you do when you need to keep your primary supporters involved. And the Republican party is where all the racists are.

One the left side, there is sometimes a battle on who can be 'most' liberal. SO - take "education" for example. Conservatives voted to raise the student loan interest rate, and many would like to get rid of the Dept. of Education. They also don't seem to mind the cost of college. Hillary would like to make college "more affordable," while Bernie Sanders want to "make college free." Bernie wins the "I'm the liberal" game. Hillary is more centrist. And Republicans - well, they don't give a rip about anyone, so they are just...what they are. Anti-education, generally, and definitely anti government having anything to do with education - at all. Sad.

An illegal alien is a person that has entered this country without permission. They don't have passports or visas. It makes do difference if the have come from Germany, Cameroon, India or the United Kingdom. It doesn't make any difference if they truged across the Arizona desert or overstayed a student visa.

Political rhetoric changes very few minds. At best, or worst, all it accomplishes is to get out voters who would not have otherwise bothered to vote.- notably blacks when Obama's a$$ was on the line, and possibly the "good ole boys" if Trump's is on the line. I can't see Clinton changing or motivating a single vote. Her feminist base likely voted Democrat all along.

Tiptoeing around non-whites like they're going to break is ridiculous. They can't be treated the same and special at the same time. So which one do they want? Hell, they don't even know. It varies with the situation. If they want to vote for the destruction of this country as some kind of childish payback, they'll go down too.

Since we'll never be able to kiss enough a ss to compete with the Democrats (who would want to?), it's better that we don't kiss a ss at all. It just makes us look weak and foolish.

You understand that securing the border is necessary, but WHY is it necessary? By your argument, as soon as you bring up the justification for this position, you are being "racist"! Does this make ANY sense? Have you thought this through?
