Now that Mexico has levied a tax on American visitors that cross the border, should we levy a tax on all goods entering America from Mexico?

    That is in the NAFTA treaty. And it costs $160 for a Mexican to apply for a us visitor visa or border crossing card, even if it is eventually denied. H1B visa applications cost them $2,250.

    Its a fee not a tax. Like when TX says it has no taxes but you get killed by fees instead.
