externa; speakers fot tv?

hi...

i have these old bose speakers with the 2 bare wires you clip onto the back of a stereo system. is there any way to hook them into the rca outputs in the back of my tv?

    TVs do not have any equipment in them to drive non self powered speakers. If you had a set of self powered computer speakers and they had a compatible audio connection with the audio output of your TV, you could do that. But, home audio speakers REQUIRE a home audio amplifier, which is one of the functions of a home audio receiver.

    Plus, Bose is totally overpriced CRAP. Just Google 'Bose sucks' for many articles on why that is the case.

    No. You would need a specialized amplifier to use those. They are not very good speakers anyway. Bose tricks people into buying their poorly made products with deceptive advertising so you'd do well to just thrown them out.
