A/C outside fan is not turning.?

My A/C is not working. Fan out side not turning but compressor comes on. I changed the run capacitor and it worked for 10 min's and stopped and will not come back on. I checked old capacitor and it is bad on the H side. I checked new capacitor and it is good on both sides H and F. Contactor is working when turning on unit. Also I do not hear compressor kicking in all the time while this is going on. I heard it a few times at beginning but none now. I'm boggled.

Update:

Can a new capacitor test good but be bad?

This just happened to my a/c. It was the fan motor. That makes sense because the compressor comes on. Just not the fan.

How old is the unit. Bad wires could be the problem. Check for continuities with a multimeter.

replace the fan motor, very common on a/c units.
