Salsa (I make killer salsas)
BBQ sauce (preferably hot)
Ketchup
For solid food items
Onion
Chopped cilantro
Some kind of tomato
This question is hard, because it depends on the type of food. If you said Asian, I would have said Sriracha hot sauce. If you said Cajun, I would have said for solid food scallions. If it was a burger, nothing at all, not even the bun. If it was seafood, always cocktail sauce.

1. Steak sauce. I could eat it by itself lol, and I sometimes do!
2. Mayonnaise. Yum. I put it in a lot of my food.
3. BBQ sauce. Makes anything taste delicious.
