Drowning in the deep sea?

What if somebody was stuck in the deep sea(alone)

The deep sea has many strange and unseen animals with a unstandable water pressure aswell as having zero light(minus the animals natural chemisty)

How would this person react while they are alive?

how would the die?

they wouldn't drown. they would be crushed. in an instant

pressure increases 1 atmosphere every 10 meters of depth.

if you're in the deep sea, like 300 meters down, without oxygen and pressurized suit, you would be crushed. like a coke can when its run over by a car. the pressure also causes nitrogen poisoning... and its really cold down there.

so if somehow you're not reduced to mush and you don't die ofthe nitrogen, you'd freeze to death.

They would die of drowning before they could actually get there. (If a submersible broke there, the person would die by being crushed by all the water)

it depends, if they were at the bottom of the ocean they would be crushed. if they were at the top they would eventually drown.
