as the holder of the keys matthew 16:19 , luke 10:16 john 21:15-19 the chief shepherd of all Christians has sole responsibility of interpreting scripture. 2 Peter 1:20-21 and that shepherd today is Pope Francis , but only when dealing with Faith and morals

Who knows? Every religion claims they have it right (and usually through divine revelation). It seems to me that given that they all claim they are right....that they're all wrong and just talking to themselves to reinforce their own beliefs.
