Probably not.

Usually what WE think of as "playing games" is nothing more than our own reluctance to admit that the other person's behavior means what it looks like.

They are ignoring you, so we think it is games, when all it really means is that they are not interested.

They ignore us, and then act all attentive, then ignore us ... we think it is a game, when all it means is that they are not fully invested in us, or they seek us out only when they are bored and can't think of anything else to do.

They tell us they love us, have sex, and then ignore us until they want sex .. that IS using us, and whatever they feel, it is not actual love.

They are rude .. that is not an attempt to play games .. they are just rude and uncaring.

They are fiirting with someone else? They like flirting or they like the person. They aren't trying to get you jealous.

As for him having his Sun in Gemini, that is not real astrology.

Sun is only 1 out of 40-50 factors in his individual timed birthchart, and it is only 2% of his personality. Sun indicates how he needs to relate to HIMSELF if he is going to feel good about himself. It has little to do with social or romantic behavior.

If you want good information about a person, do up their birthchart, using their full birthdate, their exact birthtime and their birth location. That is the only way to get valid information.
