How do I move up to a better paying job in my industry.?
I have been a printer for about 11 years and I want to run bigger, better paying eequipment. I was wondering is there any certifications or training that could give me an edge. I never went to vocational school I started out at minimum wage. I have run various types of equipment which makes it easier to find a job, however I don't have the experience to get the better jobs like the large webs. It is pretty tough now because people aren't retiring and most employers are looking for years of experience running equipment.
