I'm putting in a new power supply and video card. Can I delete the on board video? (Nvidia)?

    Disable it in device manager to avoid conflicts.

    There is no need to delete the onboard video. Now, you may have to select the option in your BIOS to boot using the GPU card, rather than onboard, but you'll find out after you install the card and its drivers.
