How do I move my xbox live account to another microsoft account?
Hi, I need to move my xbox live account to a different microsoft account but I cant. The microsoft account that the xbox live account is on right now isnt mine and I am no longer in contact with the person who has this microsoft account. I can no longer go on my xbox live account because it needs to update the security info on the microsoft account and I dont know the password to sign in and update it, also I cant move the xbox live account to my new microsoft account because I first have to sign in to this one and I dont know the password. A repeat subscription is being paid each month to keep the xbox live account, and I have been unable to even use it for months now, thankyou

You can't transfer anything between accounts (achievements, points, save games, downloaded games, etc.)
You'll have to abandon the old account entirely if you can't update it, and create an all new one.

You cant hijack someones account or even move games or achievements to another one unless you just change your gamertag.
