Do you mean that you don't have high speed Internet in your area?
Do you have any local ISPs in your area? Try looking around.
If all fails, then you can buy a portable Wi-Fi spot from a carrier like a Mi-Fi. Basically you pay for the device, it connects to the carrier, and gives off Wi-Fi that your devices can connect to. Just be warned that most carriers usually offer pretty low data allowances compared to traditional Internet service....
