californians buying high cap mags in free states WITHOUT ILLEGAL INTENT POSSIBLE? hunting?

Update:

i live in california, but i'm going to oregon soon to visit my family there. i dont know about gun shops in oregon. but here in california, they dont id you for buying magazines and accessories etc. do they check your id before you buy ar/ak magazines in oregon? i want to purchase them in oregon, because they litterally go for 1/3rd the price... i can litterally buy 3x as many standard capacity magazines for the same ammount of moneyif i mod them myself.

Update 2:

i'll take my pop rivet gun and pin them to accept no more than 10 rounds before heading home. its just that one pmag is $30.00 where i live, and in oregon they're $13.99 and i already have a pop rivet gun and rivets. i can save alot of money by buying them there. i mean if it doesn't work for me, i can always have a cousin buy them for me... but i wanna buy them there to save money regardless of how i obtain them. once i pin em they're ca legal anyways...

Update 3:

for you saying it's illegal. please clarify why? the magazines will be incapable of holding more than 10 rounds by the time i cross state lines. i can always just have my cousin buy them with his state issued drivers license if they really wanna be b*%hes about it lol.

Update 4:

reply to your edit, August.: the magazines ARE "INCAPABLE OF BEING CONVERTED TO HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINES, IE: PINNED, CEMENTED CLOSED, 10 ROUND LIMITER." NONCONVERTIBLE... i already have a bunch of magazines i purchased in california modified exactly like the above that i purchased from a licensed ffl. and are 100% legal. my only REAL QUESTION IS "do they ask to see your id when you buy mags in Oregon, because they do NOT in california... i know 100% how to make a magazine ca legal.

    Nope, won't work. Still illegal.

EDIT: BECAUSE POSSESSION OF ANY MAGAZINE THAT IS CAPABLE OF BEING CONVERTED TO A "HIGH CAPACITY" MAGAZINE INSIDE THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IS ILLEGAL UNLESS THE MAGAZINES WERE GRANDFATHERED IN. And now that you've posted about it online, they can find out that your magazines weren't grandfathered in.
