I've seen all of those except The Truman Show. Depending on what kind of movie you want, they're all really good.
Thriller: Jurassic Park, X-Men
Superhero: (Obviously) The Amazing Spider-Man, The Dark Night Rises (My personal favorite)
Sci-fi: Aliens (Also a horror-ish movie), Predator (Also a horror-ish movie), Avatar, Star Trek
All these movies are very good. Watch them all at some point.

Avatar is visually stunning, futuristic and a wonderful adventure.
Truman Show is a very emotional film and an interesting concept.
X-Men: First-Class is just badass. Also funny and exciting.

The Matrix has probably the most interesting premise. Depends on what you look for in a movie, really. Noble Extremes gives a good answer which should help you decide.

Don't watch The Amazing Spider-Man, it's very corny and in-original. Stick to the original Spider-Man movies, or if your into horror, y should check out the Saw franchise.
