    The DNA would be the same as that of the donor. The testicles produce sperm by repeated steps of cell division and maturation of precursor stem cells. This means that the sperm DNA is based on the same DNA as the stem cells. The stem cells of course are part of the testicular tissue and would therefore come from the donor.
