what means Mand partial-metal base w/sdls ?

Thanks for that answer. My problem is not the question of the partial denture itself, but I wanted to know what the "sdls" at the end means. Is it a kind of a periocleaning or part of the partial ? If you have time, I'd appreciate your answer before I agree to that treatment. The difference in costs is ENORMOUS ! Thanks and have a great Sunday.
