For drywood termites in Florida, is it better to tent or use the alternative method?

Update:

I heard that the alternative method is a scam and won't completely remove them. I also heard that tenting is not necessary. What is the truth and what are your experiences?

    Depending on your termite type. Drywood termite or subterranean termite. Drywood are tented to get rid of the infestation the subs are drill holes in flooring and sprayed with the chem. Tented can only be guaranteed for a year. They can come back on a yearly bases.

    fish love termites...lol...tent. I lived in punta gorda for many years. talked to a lot of ppl, they all say tent .

    The problem there is subterranean termites it is better to do both.
