friend gave me weed brownies? can I sue?
one of my good friends baked brownies without telling me they had weed, and I had a horrific time, I kept hearing birds and lions screaming out my ears!! and I kept sweating and crying!!! I even used the bathroom on myself is there a way I can sue for emotional distress? Is it in any way usable for this? we are no longer friends
i do not want to eat weed !!! i am not even more wary of it !!

first thing you need to learn, you can SUE anyone for anything. The question you really need to answer is do you have a reasonable chance of winning? Can you PROVE you were given weed brownies? The final question you need to answer is WHAT are the REAL damages. What long term EMOTIONAL distress did you suffer?

That's a bad trip. Just let it go, and never use weed again if this is how it affects you. Or just chill the fûck out and talk to the birds a bit, they know what they're doing.
