I am edging toward 70 and wondering what I can do to make a living when strength is nothing but a fond memory.?

    I suggest you look at the SCORE website ; they may be able to find something for you

    Well, you see, this is why you should have been putting a little money aside every check for the past 50 years. You'll have to look for work that uses your mind rather than your body. What you'll do when your thinking gets slow and fuzzy is anybody's guess.

    You make a living thru your brain, and not your brawn?? You didn't see this coming??

    Why are you worried about making a living @ 70?? Why aren't you retiring on SS, as well as the money you've set aside in your 401k and/or IRA??

    There are several programs that help seniors keep and find jobs if they are not already employed. Check with your local AARP chapter to get pointed in the right direction.Several in my family retired at 65 and I think it contributed to their later mental decline. I plan to work at least five years after I am dead, to catch up on bills.

    You are a lot stronger than you think. There is a part of your anatomy that you could not bend an inch when you were younger. Now you can bend it right in half with just two fingers.
