    No, since employment pay is not welfare.

    She is, however, failing to perform the duties of the office she swore to uphold. She should lose her job.

    She should not be in jail, IMO, although she did do contempt of court. Not because I think it's unfair, but because it makes her a martyr.

    Look for her soon on your local Fox News.

    Davis is not refusing to work, the Judge is preventing her from working.
