Can I mount reverse adapter ring on Tamron 16-300 zoom lens to get a magnification of 3X? If yes, please suggest me such a ring within $15.?

Update:

I want to use it on D5300.

It would be painfully uncomfortable to mount a large lens like that in reverse and worse, focus can be achieved at maximum focal length only at a point behind your head. It won't work. Reverse adapters were meant to be used with short primes. A better option would be extension tubes.
