I agree with Bedlam. Hair length and gender shouldn't even be a problem in this day and age. Screw them, seriously. That's not cool, is it actually against your school rules? Talk to your parents about this if they're not conservative as well. Every guy I've known with long hair has been so chill! Good luck and don't cut it unless you really must.

For work, guys with long hair also need to tie it back. It does not look well groomed nor professional. You need to slowly prepare yourself for the business world you'll be working in. Tied back is fine. If you go anywhere besides school, wear it loose.

IT shouldn't be a problem, but it is. talk with your counselor and see if there is a way to get around the rule.
