Why years ago Puerto Ricans were put down they were white? Or blanco? Does that mean they were not fully Puerto Ricans? I know some are mixed with white but still.

Puerto rico has colonial mentality,sure there puerto ricans who look white,but they still have some black in their oldest ancestor.
